6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TheNewRelationships and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

TheNewRelationships does not guarantee compatibility between users, successful relationships, or marriage outcomes. The Platform serves as a communication tool, and all interactions between users occur at their own risk. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Account Termination

No refund of credits or subscription fees will be issued upon termination for cause.

8. Dispute Resolution

The arbitration shall take place in the State of Delaware, United States.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney fees unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
